Standard meal plans may work as a short-term fix but what if you want to learn how to achieve your goals while still finding flexibility that’s right for you? While working towards those goals, maybe you plan to travel or go out on the weekends to enjoy a meal with friends and socialize. Food is fuel, but it is also an expression of comfort, culture and celebration. Meal plans or diets that do not provide room for enjoyment are not sustainable nor are they realistic.

We will take a deep dive into your personal goals and history so I have a solid understanding of how I can best tailor our sessions to fit your needs. I will review your current habits and make specific recommendations tailored to your goals, lifestyle habits, exercise routine, dietary preferences, medical history, and more. We will create a blueprint together that is designed to make you feel confident in achieving your nutrition and wellness goals on a timeline that makes sense for you.

  • The first session is a 60 minute deep dive into learning all about you with a comprehensive assessment. We will also discuss goal setting and lay out the blue print of our work together.

  • Follow up sessions are between 30-50 minutes in length. We will revisit your goals and discuss small wins and barriers that you have experienced since our previous session. We will continue to dive into nutrition education and topics that you would like to explore including meal planning, recipe ideas, cooking education, and more.

  • Achieving our nutrition and wellness goals, is just as much mental as it is physical work. Throughout our work together we will discuss your relationship with food and mindful eating habits.

  • I will not only be here as your dietitian, but also as a cheerleader and an accountability buddy!
